I just don’t feel sorry for some foreclosure victims*
Filed Under Keith Barton |
Occasionally I’ll get a forwarded email that is worth opening. I thought this one that I received today falls into that category.
You’ve seen the commercials for Keith Barton, the accident attorney - the ones where he says that “it’s just that easy”. He used to say “one call, that’s all”, but I guess he got into a fight with his partners over how much he was spending on advertising or something, so they kicked him to the curb.
Well, the home that he had to sell is a little nicer than the curb. Actually, it’s unbelievable. I guess his home was foreclosed on and it went to auction. It ended up selling for far lower than its $21 million appraisal price - a mere $7 million dollars. Poor guy.
The photo above is of the exterior of the home.
