I’m Nathan Blair, and I am a real estate professional in Salt Lake City, Utah. I was raised in Utah and except for two years when I lived in Mexico City, have lived here all my life. I graduated from the University of Utah and shortly afterwards, embarked on a career in real estate.

In my time as a real estate consultant, I have enjoyed helping people in such an important phase of their lives. I try to look at my job from my buyer’s or seller’s perspective - that is, what would I want out of my agent if I were in their shoes. I suppose you could call it my golden rule of real estate - do unto others…

My approach to real estate is less about me and more about your home. I don’t like to use big ugly head shots of myself with my head turned at a 45 degree angle because I’d rather showcase your home. I use the internet extensively for marketing, with the necessary print advertising here and there. The future of real estate is online, so that’s where I want to be.
